Grafted cacti intended primarily for collectors can be ordered under the following conditions:

 

1) The possibility of ordering goods is limited in time in the period from 1.1. to 31.10. of the year.

After that, it will no longer be possible to order the goods before the following year. The goods will be sent from 15.5. to 15.11. of the year, the plants will be labeled with the name. The plants will be sent free-rooted, without pots.

2) Payment is made in advance by transfer from the account within 14 days of the confirmed order, or by payment card, which will block the goods.

When paying, it is necessary to state identification data - the name of the customer and the order number as a variable symbol.

3) After sending the goods, you will be notified by email.

The order will then be sent by the carrier by the Czech Post, gradually according to the orders received.

4) The price for transport and packaging is CZK 150. Postage is free for purchases over CZK 1,500 in goods in the Czech Republic.

5) The warranty period is 6 weeks in the case of grafted cacti.
